Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items.
Some types of items are not eligible for return, such as custom items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to be sure you get what you want is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
European Union 14-day period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without excuse. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Notification and Approval.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship your return.
